Return and exchange

В shop.opsystems.bg we want you to shop with peace of mind and confidence. If for any reason the product you have received does not meet your expectations, you have the right to a return or exchange in accordance with current legislation.Right of withdrawalUnder the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving a reason.Conditions for return
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, free from signs of use, with all labels, accessories and documents that have been attached.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the cause is a misdelivered or defective product.
Return procedure
  1. Contact us at office@opsystems.bg or :phone_receiver: +359 2 444 26 26, to request a refund or exchange.
  2. Send the product back by courier to the address we have provided.
  3. Upon receipt and verification, within 14 days we will refund the amount to your nominated bank account or send a replacement product.
Product replacement
  • If you would like to exchange for another item or size, please contact us to check availability.
  • Replacement is made after return of the original product and confirmation of the new order.
Refund amount
  • If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer.
  • If the order is paid by cash on delivery, you will need to provide a bank account (IBAN) for us to make the transfer to.
Non-returnable productsFor hygiene or legal reasons, they are not returnable after opening:
  • consumables;
  • goods with special personalization;
  • products made on individual request.
